数控车床X轴运动时出现ALM401报警

故障案例:一台配套FANUC0TE-A2系统的数控车床,X轴运动时出现ALM401报警。

分(fen)析与处理过程:检查报警(jing)(jing)时X轴(zhou)伺(si)服驱动板PRDY指示灯不亮,OV、TG两(liang)报警(jing)(jing)指示灯同时亮,CRT上显示ALM401号报警(jing)(jing)。断电后(hou)NC重新起动,按X轴(zhou)正/负向运动键,工(gong)作台运动,但约2~3s,又出现ALM401号报警(jing)(jing),驱动器报警(jing)(jing)不变。

由于数(shu)控(kong)车(che)床每次开机时,CRT无报警,且工作台(tai)能(neng)运动,一(yi)般(ban)来说,NC与伺服系(xi)统应工作正常,故障原(yuan)因多是由于伺服系(xi)统的(de)过(guo)载(zai)。

为了(le)确定(ding)故障部位,考虑到数控车床床为半闭环结构(gou),维修时首先脱开了(le)电动(dong)机(ji)(ji)与丝(si)杠间的同(tong)步(bu)(bu)齿型(xing)带(dai),检查X轴机(ji)(ji)械传动(dong)系(xi)统,用手转同(tong)步(bu)(bu)带(dai)轮(lun)及X轴丝(si)杠,刀架上下(xia)运动(dong)平(ping)稳正常,确认机(ji)(ji)械传动(dong)系(xi)统正常。

检查伺服(fu)(fu)电(dian)(dian)动(dong)(dong)机绝缘(yuan)、电(dian)(dian)动(dong)(dong)机电(dian)(dian)缆、插头均正(zheng)常。但用电(dian)(dian)流表测量X轴伺服(fu)(fu)电(dian)(dian)动(dong)(dong)机电(dian)(dian)流,发现X轴静(jing)止(zhi)时,电(dian)(dian)流值在(zai)6~1lA范围内变动(dong)(dong)。因(yin)(yin)X轴伺服(fu)(fu)电(dian)(dian)动(dong)(dong)机为A06B-0512-B205型(xing)电(dian)(dian)动(dong)(dong)机,额(e)定(ding)电(dian)(dian)流为6.8A,在(zai)正(zheng)常情况下,其空载电(dian)(dian)流不(bu)可能大于6A,判断可能的原因(yin)(yin)是(shi)电(dian)(dian)动(dong)(dong)机制动(dong)(dong)器未(wei)松开。

进一步检(jian)(jian)查(cha)制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)电源,发现制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)DC90V输入为“0”,仔细(xi)检(jian)(jian)查(cha)后发现熔断器(qi)座螺母(mu)松(song)动(dong),连(lian)线脱落(luo),造成制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)不能松(song)开。重新(xin)连(lian)接(jie)后,确认制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)电源已加入;数控车床开机,故(gu)障(zhang)排除。
